35 representatives from 25 organizations explored China’s road towards a low-carbon green future, the spillover effects of China’s climate mitigation and green growth on “The Belt and Road”, the risks in the development and cooperation around the initiative, and China’s leading role in identifying the solutions. The working group discussed how China can increase its domestic capacity to equitably govern climate, environment, and energy while advocating for low-carbon.
