Leaders from organizations like China Electricity Council, China Green Finance Association, UNOSSC, UNEP, National Development Bank, Chinese Academy for Environmental Planning, China Electric Power Planning & Engineering Association, Alliance of China New Energy Overseas Development, China Coal Research Institute, Power Construction Corporation of China, Shenhua Research Institute, Energy Research Institute National Development and Reform Commission, Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization, and Steel Industry Association, Cement Industry Association and Coal Industry Association came together to discuss how to promote green capacity building cooperation amongst countries along the route.
